3DTime has some excellent birthday styles at a low price.

Since you own the Platinum version, you can download any of the free styles from http://www.3d-album.com/newstyles.php.
Here's a few that might work.

Flipping7 - with pumkins, etc. for covers.

Christmas02. Go to the image tab (at bottom) and try different backgrounds (maybe Wall003), remove the foreground, and change the other settings as well. With these changes, you can switch it's theme from Christmas to a party.

Spinning Frame 02. Click on BACKGROUND and choose the Special Occasions folder and choose birthday.jpg.

Other people will probably jump in with a few other excellent suggestions.
