ON EDITING A PREVIOUSLY BUILT ALBUM
SETTINGS
If you're making a change to a setting (like interval setting, text, etc.) then go to CREATE, and click on MY ALBUMS. Select your album and make your changes. No rebuild will be necessary. If you did a MIX, you don't have to change anything there either.
IMAGES
If you're changing images. Then this is what I do:
1. Change the picture source folder to something else.
2. Go the the original picture folder and delete the two img_vthumb files (vspc and jpg).
3. Copy in new images, delete unwanted images, or edit/make changes to pictures there.
4. Go back to 3D-Album, change picture source folder back and do another BUILD. This means deleting and rebuilding. (New vimg-vthumb files will be created).
5. Sequencer (mixer) should not need to be changed.
Note: You may be able to do some editing of image selections using the Organize tab. If you use the ORGANIZE tab approach, be sure to change the source folder to point to the MYPHOTO folder created by the original BUILD. _________________ Bill

Here's some suggestions on using the ORGANIZE tab to add/delete pictures/images. (I don't use this method myself, but some people may prefer it).
Deleting is really simple. Just go to ORGANIZE tab and set source folder to the MYPHOTO folder created when you BUILT the album originally. Click on the picture you want to delete and press your DELETE key (or right click on picture and select DELETE or click the red "X" at bottom of screen).
If you want recover the deleted image, you can go to your Recycle Bin, choose the image, and then click on RESTORE. After that, go to ORGANIZE tab and look at your folder. This will reset the vspc files.
To add a new picture to your album, go to the ORGANIZE tab and use source folder to browse to the image you want to add. Highlight (click) the image you want to add and then click on the two green men icon at bottom of page which is the "copy selected files to". When asked where to copy them to, put them in the MYPHOTOS folder of the album you're wanting to add them to.
That's it, that's all. The nice thing about using ORGANIZE is that you don't have to do another BUILD. _________________ Bill
