|
|
| Large album, 30 presentations, each with it's own music from a variety of sources. Some music is so soft, you have to turn up the speaker to hear it, then pow! you're blown out of your chair by the music with the next presentation. This is probably because different music CD albums are recorded at different volumes. Is there anythin I can do to equalize this, either within 3D-album or in my media library (I'm running XP)? |

| 2.03 PE version can't do anything, while CS just can control the volumn for whole presentation. So, you have to regenerate your music. |

| What do you mena when you say "regenerate (my) music"? I copied my CDs onto my hard drive then selected songs from them - is there anything in the process of copying them that I can do to make the volume more consistent (I know this is outside of 3D-Album, but do you know)? Is there anything inside of 3D-Album (personal edition) that allows me to specify the volume of each song? |

There is a little freeware program that I use called MP3 Workshop. The last button has volume equalization for waves. If your music isn't a wave file, it also has buttons to convert MP3 to waves. Here is the link:

This looks pretty promising -- I'll give it a try -- thanks! |
