Hi-

I am new to the whole forum thing and do not know exactly how they work.

Problem - i have install picture pro 3.23 and when you open it, it immediatlely says and error has occured and it must close. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem persist. I check the clock speed and ram requirements but i am not sure about the video card. i noticed that when i installed this software it changed the wallpaper.

Is there a phone number for technical support?

You need to contact support at 3d-album.com.

I don't think 3D-Album will change your wll paper.
