There are several software titles that produce mosiacs (Pictures made up of many small pictures). I tried something manually about a year ago where I created one and then made a movie that zoomed in on a picture. as I got close to the picture I faded to the original so that it was clear. I then zoom back out, chose another picture, and continued. Pretty time consuming manually. I wonder if this process could be automated. I am getting ready for my daughter's high school graduation and am thinking of doing this again with her graduation picture as the main and pictures of her growing up as the small ones. I want to run it during the party. I think all the relatives and friends would enjoy seeing themselves as a part of her. FYI I did a very large poster mosaic of my father when he died a few years ago. Everyone was thilled when they saw themselves as part of his life.
