|
|
| I just upgraded to CS 3.29 from 3.28 and created an MPG2 file from the NTSC DVD option. At the very beginning of the playback there is an audio pop or crack. I previously created the same file in 3.28 with no problems. I reinstalled 3.28 and recreated the file with no problems. Does anyone know how to correct this issue in 3.29? |

| You may have downloaded the wrong version of the update before. Check your CD installation folder. In the "program" subfolder, see if you have the file "opening1.vexe". This file should not be included in CS. Rename or delete this file. |

| I checked the update file to make sure it was for CS and checked the installation folder for opening1.vexe. I also searched my entire computer for opening1.vexe. This file does not exist. To make sure there is no problem in the source file I created one in both 3.28 and 3.29 but got the same results with the 3.29 mpg2 file. Thank you for the suggestion. I know we'll find a solution. Hi Jim,
Does this happen to every style and any music you selected? What is the format of your music? Which is the output video format: DVD NTSC or MPEG2 with NTSC size? |

| I just updated so I've only tried one presentation ... Inside Cube with mp3 music. The output has been an MPEG2 file using the DVD NTSC capture option. I varied some of the selections within the DVD NTSC options but none of those made any difference. I also created an AVI file using 3.29 and it Did Not have the audio pop. However, when I created the MPEG2 file from the AVI file there was blurring in the transitions. |
