This questions seems to keep popping up. Styler posted the answer some time ago. Bill Smith provides a link to Styler's post in his tutorial. Last night I did a search on the forum to find this information. Using the terms 'reset' and 'default' brought up such a large number of posts that it took quite awhile to find the right one. So, I would like to suggest that this information be posted as a "sticky".
"If you are using the the PE edition, you will find a "persistent" folder in the 3D-Album installation folder. Delete all but settings in the "persistent" folder, all style settings will go back to the default.
If you are using the CS, you need to find your Windows' Documents and Settings folder. In the folder, there should be a folder of the user name you currently used. In the folder, find Application Data/3D-Album/persistent/style. Delete the style folder." |

Ron,
Good Idea! I have reset your post as a sticky. Perhaps this will now stand out better and get wider attention. _________________ Michael Young

If you just want to reset one style's setting, delete the file <Stylename>.vspc in the style folder. Do not delete the entire style folder.
If you have a problem with the style and you believe that it is the setting that causes the problem, send the <Stylename>.vspc file to support at 3d-album.com. We can use your setting to reproduce your problem and find the best solution for you.
Some style may imports a video into 3D-Album's Presentation folder. If you doubt that it is the video that causes the problem, goto 3D-Album's installation folder, find the folder of the style in the subfolder of "Presentation". The style folder may have a subfolder "_movie". Delete any video file in "_movie". |
