Greetings:

I am an average user of many many softwares and one of the most common errors that I have found with software developers is their inability to provide (as much as we all try) adequate instructions for accomplishing tasks. The english language is to difficult at times to express certain functions, that it may be easier to reduce the instructions into visual contexts. This leads me to the following suggestion:-

1). It would be in the long term interest of your 3D Album family of users if there could be put together a page where clips to show the procedures for various aspects of the product could be made available.

2). I am sure taht tyhere are many users who use CD buringin software such as easy cd creator 7, nero, and a host of others, that could also submit shot clips on how to use the 3D album completed movie file to burn to their CD's with the various burning software out there.

There are other types of sites that provide this and believe me, I have remained with those sites rather then their competator, because they show their concern for the user need to fully understand their product and its use, and that builds customer loyalty. Its not how many sales one makes, its how many customers they keep.

I submit this for consideration.
