I tried to buy some styles at www.3dtime.com. I paid via Paypal but after the payment there was no downloadlink available. I tried to contact them via their web-site and via Email.
Could you help me with this?
Kind regards.
Update: They provided me a dowloadlink via Email. |

| I have the same problem. I ordered a new style yesterday, via Paypal. This morning I received an email regarding the failure of getting a link via Paypal. They requested the name of the purchased style and indicated they will send me either the file or a link. I guess there must be a problem if you pay via paypal. How long after they notified you before you got your purchase? |

| It has been roughly 24 hours since I placed my order via Paypal. 3DTime notified me roughly 4 hours later that they were aware of the Paypal order and requested that I furnish them the name of the style I ordered so they could email it to me. I replied to that email and later today sent them another email. As of yet, I have received no follow up or file. How long am I supposed to wait? They appear to be aware of no download link when you purchase via Paypal. They should either fix the problem or take the Paypal option off the options. Their response time, to be kind, is very slow and starting to get annoying. |

Looks like these two companies are no longer alive. Look at the forums.
Which styles did you order? |

| I do not know if 3D Album is still alive but 3D Time finally responded and sent me the download link. I hope they are alive as this is one of my favorite programs. |

Same counts for me. But it's very quiet on this forum and the last style released is already a few years ago. Doesn't sound promising.
For all I know there isn't any program around that does the same for a very good price. |

| Yes I think things are slow and don't know why. But I would ask Frogprintz. I think he's an owner. Or maybe Bill smith or Nan. I think they work for 3d-album but not 3d time. Anyway it's just a suggestion. Maybe they know when new styles would be available. Or maybe they're on a spring vacation. I haven't seen any of them make posts for awhile. |

| Bill I think maybe you are wrong. I read something a year or so ago, maybe longer, in a PC magazine that Michael Young (Frogprintz), was this well known filmmaker who had investments in many small companies that produced software for video and photo editing. They mentioned 3d album among some others to. I don't remember if they said he was a day to day manager but they definately said he was involved as like an investor or the like. In any case he seems to have lots of influence and knowledge plus his work is fantastical. he should know whats going on even tho he hasn't contributed much lately. Maybe you should send him an email or something to his main website since nobody else from 3d album is saying anything or responding to questions. The 3d time being alive question is in the same to. He's a good person so we should here something quick. |

We still need to figure out why Paypal failed to return to our website to get the download link delivered. It worked before but the Paypal payment method has a conflict with the new database version. We have a warning just above the Paypal payment method. It is provided only for people who does not have a credit card. If you chose to use Paypal, you'll need to send us an email and let us know what you have purchased so that we can setup the download link manually. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
