I Just ran a quick one with a opening theme, It came the quality was great but it’s choppy (move stop effect) Here what it set at and thanks for all your help.

When you're in the CAPTURE tab, click on the OPTIONS button (bottom row, to the right of the START button). Try playing with those options (I would try high quality).
Beyond that I can't help you much as I haven't created any HD videos. Nan would be best for advice in this area, but she hasn't posted anything in a while. _________________ Bill
