I have a new computer, and can't find my disk with the software. Is there a way I can do a direct download from the site for my product?

You'll need to contact the company. They do periodically check this forum, but your best bet would be to send an email to them. Try support@3d-album.com.

I did email them, and their reply was that their retailer handles their downloads. Any further help you can offer? Are you the reatailer for them? I have my serial number. I just really need something to be able to put a movie together for this Sunday - would rather not have to fall back on windows movie maker, but I guess this may be what I'll end up having to do. Sad

The phone number listed on vendor's (3 d album) is not even correct number.
