Thanks for your response to my earlier question. It is helping me decide to upgrade to the CS version.
Now, I read in another post that there is actually someone else out there that consideres themself anal-retentive about some things. I'm that way about some things too, and find it disturbing, to say the least, that the Styles jump into various folders in the program with no apparent form.
Is there a way to move Styles into specific folders so I (and the other A/R folks out there) can make a "Favorites" folder (or some-such) and drop their favorite Styles into that, or at least rearrange the Styles that appear in the program?
I don't have the luxury of that much time to keep going through all the Styles looking for a particular one, or trying to remember which ones I like, and my comp desk is littered with yellow stick-ums, so adding one more with a Style description won't work for me. LOL
Thanks... |

You can remove your favarite styles into a special folder, just as following:
1. Create a new folder in 3d_album folder\Presentation.
2. copy or move the style from its original folder to new create folder. Ex: your new folder is favorate and you want move style "Christmas_3", just copy the subfolder of Christmas_3 from Seasoning folder to favorate folder.
Hope that is helpful. |

There is a Style Organizer feature in the CS version. Click on the Style Organizer button in the toolbar to enable this feature.
The Style Organizer lets you preview and import styles from CD, and also lets you move styles into different folders, create new style folders, and remove styles. |
