I mentioned in an earlier thread about the transition into gateway's #3 and #4 having a slight glitch ( ghost image down left hand side of frame ) but i've just noticed another problem.
The style starts off, lets say "faster", then slows down as the 3rd picture comes in. This 2nd problem definately wasn't there before and i can only assume it came with an update,,,though i didn't notice which one. |

Andz, I believe that slowing down when making turn as 3rd photo start to show is the original design. Just like you drive a car, you may bump into the wall if you keep the initial fast speed . |

OK, i've just been through it again, 3 pics per wall and 6 changes of direction and can see exactly what you mean now.
In that case i'm still standing by a request to see a change, only its slightly different.
As the style starts it needs to be on the slower speed. Using driving as a metaphor again, most cars accelerate before they hit top speed
Bear with me on this next bit.
Left to right, right to left differences:
The style starts with the wall rotating so the pictures go off screen to the left (lets call that direction1),,stops, and go's the other way(direction2).
Direction2 is nice and smooth, apart from its 3rd pass when it seems to speed up half way for no reason.
Direction1 has that top speed start, but does smooth out on its 3rd pass.
I didnt go past 18 / 19 pictures so it could all be perfect after that point as far i know.
I can fully appreciate what they've tried to do, it just needs smoothing out a touch |
