I tried for the first time to add music to a presentation tonight. I tried to add a wma file. However, I cannot hear it playing within the 3D-Album preview, nor does it play when I build and run the application. However, the wma file plays just fine when I open it directly with Windows Media Player, so I know the file is OK. Can you tell me how to correct this? Thanks.

In general, 3d-album can support WMA format music. I don't know why your music fails. Can you send your wma music to support@3d-album.com. We'd like to check it for you.

Hi Styler. I'm going to attempt to send you the file. These music files are pretty large; hope neither my system nor yours chokes on it!

Actually, I've tried several of my WMA files and none of them work in 3D- Album. However, tonight I tried an mp3 file it it worked fine. If I could figure out how to convert this WMA file into an mp3, I would have my solution.

Thanks,
Steve

You can go to this web site http://www.wma-mp3.com/ or do a search on Google (wma to mp3) and find a number of web sites that offer converters.

Thanks! I did a search, and found a convertor that did the job for me. So I got the piece of music into my album as an mp3, and it is working great.

I would still like to figure out what the deal is with my WMAs, but the issue is a lot less urgent now that I know I can just convert them to mp3s as needed.
