You have to use styles that take video input. They are styles grouped in "Movide Show" category. 3DTime also published quite a few styles with video capability in their Family Combo and Pan & Zoom packages.

If the style can take video, there will be a control in the style's setting frame that allows you to pick a video file. Please note, 3D-Album does not take QuickTime movie.
