I am unable to do anything with my program. I was trying to open some pictures, from a file, and when it went to open this file, which it had been previsouly without any problem, it froze. I have unistalled and reinstalled and when I open the program, for the first time, it goes back to opening my pictures files and freezes up again. I tried to unistall/reinstall many times without any luck..

Help.!

Hi Kingside,

There are some conflict or corrupted files in your system. Please delete 3D-Album Persistent File and update your software ro the latest version. To do so, follow:

1. Open your Windows file browser.
2. Find and delete the folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\<Your User Name>\Application Data\3D-Album-PL\persistent
3. If you cannot find the "Application Data" folder, do step 4 to 10.
4. Choose the "Tools>Folder Options" menu in Windows file browser
5. In the dialogue, click the View tab.
6. Check on "Display the contents of system folders"
7. Check on "Show hidden files and folders"
8. Check off "Hide extensions for known file types"
9. Check off "Hide proteched operaing system files"
10. Close the dialog.
11. Try step 2 again.
12. Download and install the upgrade.
