Photo not appearing in 'Organize'

I am re-doing my album and moving photos into new file on my hard drive. One particular picture shows up fine on my hard drive, but in the 'organize' section, it just shows a blank gray space. All the file information appears in the left panel and the photo plays when I do a preview but no actual picture shows in the collection of photos in the right panel.

I noticed this same thing happened with some different pictures in the old album but the photos went ahead and played ok in the album. Why wouldn't it appear in the organize panel? Strange.
