I cant even get this winter program to run ..it freezes everytime i try to build the program and then shuts my whole program down..that doesnt happen with any other application...and where are all the bells and whistles that go with it......

You could have a corrupt file. Try downloading and reinstalling the style. Also, make sure the photos you are using in the style are compatible with 3D Album.

Also make sure that your software is updated to the newest version.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs that i have which are 3-d album and picture pro...the program works in picture pro but not in 3-d...in the picture pro album there are blank spots that are there and in other applications...one that i can think of also is composition and dissolve 2..they make the whole program close down...i done a graphics card test..my graphics is a verto5200 agp card....there are other applications that make the program shut down....and sometimes it tells me that the visvana engine has encountered a problem....this is my favorite program and i get a lot of people to buy this program when they see what ive put together.....please help

Although it is possible to run both 3D Album basic and Picture Pro on the same computer, I can't see any advantage to doing so. I suggest you uninstall both and reinstall just one and see if it works O.K. Then, if you still have a problem, we can help resolve it without worrying about a possible conflict between two versions of 3D Album. In other words, work on one thing at a time.
