I am a new user and I am having alot of trouble with this program. Here is one problem. I have created a practise project which I can't burn onto a VCD. How do I do it?
I am running WinXP, PicturePro Standard 3.12 I have nero version 5.5.3.0, I have also tried it on Ulead picture Show version 1.
After I have captured my slideshow it saves it as a .mpg file which neither of these programs will recognize.
Can anyone help me with this?
Also I can't download presentation styles. I get a message saying not detected. My cd says PictureProDigital Photo/DVD suite 3.12 BUT my software on the computer says Standard version 3.1 Are they the same? Do I have a misprinted CD? I have contacted tech support and I am still waiting to hear from this.
Please remember that I am a new user and don't know all the 3d album terms yet.

| I figured out my problem. My serial number was not in Capital letters. |
