WHEN I CREATE A 3d ALBUM AND CLOSE OUT THE 3D PROGRAM, MY HP COMPUTER WILL NOT COMPLETE SHUT DOWN AUTOMAITCALLY. ANYONE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

Cehck your setting for power in the control panel of windows to shut down when you power off.
