Mixer freezes when using sequencer #1. After adding and arranging albums, the sequencer puts the albums back in alpha order instead of my order. Program shuts me down. I go back in to the styler, recreate the album, save it and then I try to use the sequencer again and the program shuts me down again. I've only had this problem since I've upgraded to 3.18 Platinum.

I've been using Wedding #1, MovieShow#2, and Gateway #4. I even tried using different styles thinking that was the problem but the program continues to freeze. I've used these albums before in the sequencer. This is the first time I've had this problem. The 3-D Album logo displays itself two times and then it freezes and shuts down when it attempts to load the albums.

Nancy,

You can try our 3.19 pre-release. A message has been sent to you in regarding how to download the pre-release. Please check your PM and let me know the result. Thanks!

I downloaded the 3.19 release, reboot my computer, and tried the sequencer and and I'm still getting the same problem. But now when I try to arrange the ablums in the mixer, the album appears twice. One is Halloween/start.vexe and the other is Halloween/Halloween.vexe. Before only the start.vexe would appear in the album mixer. It duplicates every album and shuts me down.

It seems that you have messed up your mixer folder with albums created by different versions of the 3D-Album, possibly with the old PE 203 albums. When you build an album on existing folder, you need to choose the "Delete" option to clear the previous contents.

I suggest you start with a fresh new (empty) folder for you mixer project. Create/add your albums into that empty folder. Then, in Mixer, before selecting any mixer style, select your new mixer folder for your mixer project by using the "Mix path" control at the top of the preview window.

Styler,

Thank you so much, creating a new folder and moving my albums solved the problem.
