I thought you might enjoy seeing this video clip. It was made from my collection of vintage art. So many friends have asked about this one in particular that I decided to send it along.

Very Nostalgic. From the early 1900's. Hauntingly beautiful young children.

Though these lovely girls eventually blossomed into wives, mothers, grandmothers, and even great-grandmothers, their youthful splendor remains undiminished and takes us back to a time long ago.

Almost a century has transpired since these photographs were taken, and many, if not all of these dear lives have been lost in death. Yet, their timeless beauty and innocence still has the power to touch our hearts today. It leaves us yearning for a simpler time, when great value was placed on the magic of small voices and great hopes.

Originally black & White picture postcards in poor condition, I repaired the faded luster and cracked surfaces, then added a color tint in just the right places.

Memories of youthful impatience has changed my perspective in these latter years. I discovered that interpretation, like love, is a canvas furnished by God, and the brush of the artist is not simply technique, impressive color, or delightful subjects, but the ability to tenderly imagine what no camera alone could ever capture. I try to remain true to this vision.

Therefore, this enchanting, short video is dedicated to all the little girls we ever loved!

Age does not protect you from love. But love, to some extent, protects you from age. As the lamp of our eyes grow dimmer, I pray we all take comfort in the light shining forth brightly from our family and friends.

This is so darling. Michael, where does a girl find a man like you. You are amazing. So Romantic and aware. I assume you are married after watching your In Praise of Women video, but if you're not, I have many friends and a sister who would love to meet a man with your kind of thoughtfulness. You seem to know exactly what it takes to get to the heart. Your comments, not only your wonderful pictures and way of arranging them with the music, made me cry. I bet you're cute too.
