Getting this error with PicturePro 3.1 on a Windows XP SP2 2.6Ghz 1 Gig M. It only happens when I click on the "Create" tab, everything else works fine. Any ideas?

Gene,
Did this occur all of a sudden? Was the software working previously? Did this happen just after you installed your new software? If the software was working previoulsy, what was the last thing you did before this occured? Did you install any other software package recently? Have you tried re-installing your software? _________________ Michael Young

I was using the 3D-Album 2.1 PE which worked fine. I uninstalled the old version and installed the new version 3.14 that I just purchased. I have never gotten it to work. I have a lot of software installed on my system about 7G in ProgFiles. Nothing else has a prolem. I reinstalled the product about 3 times and have deleted the persistant folder the last two. After the problem statred and after reading through some of these forms I decided to upgrade my ATI AIW 128 Radeon 9700 to the newest drivers, but It did not change the results. Right now I am waiting for the Visviva server to come back on line so I can download the service pack. My hope is with that at the moment.

It looks like the service pack 3.22 has fixed it. I'm in business now.
