in order to CAPTURE (render) to DV or DVD-NTSC how fast is this prog.
Let say 3min of video how long will take to CAPTURE (render) into DVformat, or what is the way to do this in the fastest way.
What i'm doing is 30 frames takes about 13 sec.THAT is one sec. of video takes 13 sec. to capture. Is this normal or i'm doing something wrong.my system is:
P4 2.8ghz, parhelia 256mb video card, matrox rtx100 capture card
1gb ram |

| Based on your machine spec, it may take 4 to 5 sec to capture a 1 sec video in MPEG2 or DV AVI in DVD resolution. MPEG4 based encoder is faster. If the process is slow, usually it is the problem of the encoder, for instance, some encoder for AVI, which is very slow. |
