I seem to be the only person having trouble getting this to work since I cannot find any other posts. Nonetheless, I purchased 3d-Album to create a photo show to be able to burn on NTSC DVD. I have created a huge show with 12 different Folders. I used to album mixer to time it exactly how I want it.
When I select the entire mix or individual folders, select the options (tried them all in different configuations), and hit the red square, it goes to the capture screen for about 3 seconds and then exits back to the selection screen with no error message.
I have tried various formats, and can get nothing to work. I assume this should be an easy process since the instructions do not cover much, but I'm stuck. Can you help me?
I'm running a 2.8 Gig, 1 gig ram, 128 Mb Ati Radeon Video card. The program runs fine except for this VAC capture process. Thank you for your help. |

| Which version do you use now? In VAC 2.04, if your source files are in MY Document folder, you have to give VAC the full path, such as c:\document and setting\... . This bug has been fixed in VAC 3.0 or above. You can download a upgrade packge in 3d-album web site. |
