| I have been working with 3D Picture Pro Platinum 3.1 the last couple of days. Yesterday, after building an album, I received a Windows Error Message Vatengine.dll. Exception Information 0XC0000005. Everytime I try to use 3D now, the application closes down. Any suggestions? |

I don't know what is causing your problem. But, I did a SEARCH using "dll and error" and found 24 hits. You might try reading through them to see if anything applies.
Meanwhile, try the following:
1. Run the latest update for your product. Be sure to close 3D-Album program before running the update.
2. Clear your persistent folders. See Styler's instructions in http://www.3d-album.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1530.
3. Update your video driver.
4. Check the image files being used. One or more of them may be corrupt, too large, or invalid (a non image file). |
