I have the lastest update. I may be wrong, but it seems this is the highest quality mode offered with this product. The first time I used it, the program worked fine for mpeg 2. I have tried 4 different times after that and it won't work right. I tried a different album and the same album over again and it doesn't matter; it won't work after the first one. Maybe, I got lucky the first time. I get terrible break-up and at times I get no picture but a pink screen. The DVD format is working and I went with that for now but I like the m-peg 2 format and would prefer to use it. I finalize my DVD in a different program and I feel m-peg 2 is better for other video programs.
I don't want a fix that says I should uninstall and re-install. To me that's not a good answer. I have done that with your product a few times. It seems when I do updates for my computer, your program may have a glitch; so, I've reinstalled the program and it works ok; until, the next glitch comes along. I have a media center PC and it's loaded to the highest degree. I don't feel it's my computer. |

| Have you tried to play the MPEG2 video in a different player, for instance, PowerDVD or WinDVD. The result of WMP depends on the current MPEG2 decoder used, and it is often changed by installation or uninstallation of many other video-related software. Some MPEG2 decoder may have the problem as you described. |

Originally, I tried two players on all four videos created and only the very first one that was created worked for me. Based on your answer, I tried more players and that seems to work with the other ones that did not work originally. Thanks for the suggestion. I still don't understand why one of the videos created from 3-D works everywhere and the others only work on some players. I think I can live with that because I'll be using another program to do the final production.
nan: What do you feel is best quality mode with 3-D? |

| If you are going to use video editing software, try DV AVI. |
