When I choose a style to preview I receive an error msg.
"ad2mpegin.dll could not be located. Reinstalling the program may fix the error."
After reinstalling the program I still receive the error msg.
I have a Dell XPS400, WindowsXP W/SP2, 2.80 ghz 1gb ram, ATI 256mb video card. Any help would be appreciated |

Bill smith:
Thank you so very much for your quick and helpful response. The link you provided was right on the money. I usually do most of my video editing on a Mac, but I decided to play around with 3D album and Adobe Premiere elements. So I purchased a new Dell to handle the task.
For what it's worth I copied the 2 files to the system32, ehome, and program folder.
I don't know if just copying the 2 files to the system32 folder would've been sufficient but everything appears to be working fine.
I'll post back if I have additional info that may help someone in the future.
Oh yeah, I'm running 3D album Platinum Pro 3.27 but in the profile it keeps reverting to 3.10 when I start to type (haven't figured that out yet)
Thanks again for saving me additional stress in setting up my new sysytem. |
