I keep getting an error message saying, "Visviva Animation Engine has encountered a problem and needs to close".....even when I am not using the Picture Pro program. What can I do to stop this reocurring error message?

Do you use screensaver created by 3D-Album and played by Visviva Animation Engne? You may have inconsistent dlls with version conflicts. See if the roblem can be solved by re-running the 3D-Album update package.

No, I don't run a screensaver. But, I will try your suggestion. Thanks!
