When you select movie for the movie show styles, do not select the format used for the Internet streaming, e.g., WMA or RealMedia. 3D-Album has to extract the image from the video and render it in 3D scene. The decode for the streaming video may not syncronize with the real time, the picture may get slower than the sound track. Use MPEG file or AVI.

Also, select movie in small size, if your computer is not power enough. Setting the size of one dimension to the integral power of 2, say, 384x256, 512x384, will help in performance. However, if your purpose is to render your album to a video, the size doesn't matter, because you do not want to play the album in real time.
