I registered Picture Pro and changed my info in the profile and it said that it accepted the change and registed the new password etc....but everytime I try to log in with the new info it does not allow me. When I go back to the profile page with the old password it logs me in and just shows the old info...what do I do????

Did you include the product serial number when you changed the profile?

If not, try that.

If you did, then send an email to support@3d-album.com. They should be able to help you.

REMINDER - Do not post your serial number here in the forum.
