I have tried twice to install both 3D-Album and Visviva and both go to 99% and the go into "not Responding" mode. I have closed all progams such as virus scan and anything I can on the tool bar. What is cause me to not finish the install? Sad Question

Hmmm. Don't know but I would check using the task manager (contol+alt+delete) to see if maybe there is a program in the background that isn't showing up on the bar. I just installed the program last week on my XP run PC with no problems.
