Anyone know what happened to picture rack #5? It's just gone. It was there yesterday, but today when I went to download it, it was gone. I really need that one.

I checked the normal place, and it appears to be missing. I hope they fix this soon as there are several other styles missing, including some that my How To Videos refer to. (If you log out and then view the STYLES list you can find the style you want - but you can't download it without logging in, and once you log in Picture Rack 5 no longer shows up in the list).

You might want to send an email direct to support@3d-album.com and ask them about it. (I also sent them an email about this).

The other approach that you can try is this: Load the larger update file for your version of the 3D-Album program. It contains most of the styles that are available for each version of the product. Be aware that a few users have expressed problems with the current release of 3.29. I believe that fixes/patches are available for any problems.

Support at 3D-Album got back to me.

Basically they said that when you log in, the only download styles that you will see are the ones for your version that aren't already part of the CD. (The advantage of this approach is that you don't see a ton of styles, most of which you've already installed. The disadvantage is that you can't easily re-install a style.)

So, this means that you should have Picture Rack 5 already installed. (Look for it as Photo Frame 5 in the Photo Frames area). If you don't see it, then try my update suggestion.
