You still haven't registered your copy of your program. See http://www.3d-album.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=12494&highlight=#12494.

You need to click on PROFILE at top of this page and update it to reflect your product and serial number/product key.

If you are sucessfull, then you will be able to download version 3.29 of the program. After that, you'll want to check out your video card to make sure that it's capable of supporting OpenGL. If it is, then update your video card driver. Keep in mind Nan's earlier response to your other posting. (I know that you say you are running 3.29, but your profile doesn't show your product and the support staff at 3D-album tell me that you must register in order to download the 3.29 update. If you had another ID and lost the password when you switched PCs, then you should contact support@3d-album.com and ask them to resend your password to the email address originally used to register.)

If you are unable to register your product, then you may be running an invalid or pirated copy where the serial number is either invalid or has been previously used. Many people have bought copies of the program at Saturday Market type places and then found out that the copy they paid for was pirated/invalid. You can send an email to support@3d-album.com and they will help you determine if this happened to you.

There is no use re-posting this message a 3rd time until you follow the above suggestions.
