Hi!
I tried using this style as a closing feature to my slideshow. I did the scrolls as instructed, saving each time. When I previewed, everything looked good. After I built the album and previewed, everything looked good. However, when I captured, the scrolls did not capture. The photos on the floating tags were okay but none of the scrolls I created would capture. Can you tell me what went wrong?
I ended up using the basic presentation fading #4 as I ran out of time after re-doing and re-doing my wedding scrolls several times. I believe I correctly followed Bill's instructions in his how-to video.
Thanks in advance,
Yvonne |

The How to Video doesn't cover that style. You'll find some instructions in the Wedding PDF. Is that what you were following?
Can you tell us more about the scroll text files/images that you created? There are some image formats that show up correctly when you preview the album but will not capture.
What was the file format that you saved? Was it a png format type? Also, what were the pixel dimensions? _________________ Bill

Hi Nan!
I can't believe it was such an easy fix. Thank you so much. I downloaded the upgrade and my scrools now get recorded. Too bad I didn't contact you earlier and used another closing instead. That's okay, I will use this one on another slideshow. Thanks again.
Aloha,
Yvonne |
