I suspect that they (3DTime) are not checking their emails as often as they used to.
Can you go back into Paypal and request a refund through Paypal?
Another option might be to try an email to support@3d-album.com. The two companies are separate, but they do work together. (Response from 3D-Album may also be slower then it used to).
BTW - I separated your original posting and moved it to this new category as the old posting was several years old. _________________ Bill

I seem to remember there was some problems with using pay pal with this company. It has been awhile but I remember using PayPal on an old purchase and I ran into this. Eventually I was able to get a response from the vendor. But it took awhile. I think they are not geared anymore to paypal and prefer a credit card.

Please post back and let us know if you ever get this resolved. I had been thinking about purchasing a style but I am now hesitant. I knew from past experience that they had a problem with paypal and evidently they still do. The company has very little interest in its customers now a days. If I were to risk a purchase I would use a credit card rather then paypal. Has anyone else made a successful purchase recently?

He is correct. Why are you keeping the Pay Pal option open? It has not worked for a long time and the company knows it. Either fix it or remove it. I tried it in 2008 and had the same problem. You knew about it then and yet here is another customer going thru the same run around. Has anyone tried a purchase with a credit card to be sure that even works now a days?

Paypal is only provided for those who do not have a creadit card so they can use methods like dierct bank deposite, electronic check, etc. Due to security resaon, automatic mode cannot be enbaled for download products via Paypal payment method.

That does not make much sense. A customer places an order via Pay Pal. The company has no link. Customer has to start hounding company to get what he paid for. What kind of system is that? At least provide the customer with a box to check that lets the company know there is an order in the pipeline. They have certainly had time to address the problem. I encountered it in 2008. Three years later it still is broken.
