Wow! What a neat way to show pictures and it's so easy to use. Create your own slide show, Photo Album, send it e-mail to your friends and relatives, put it on a CD, create a screen saver with it, or upload it to your website.

I first saw this demo'd on a local TV Saturday morning show and thought "Boy, could I use this". I logged on the TV station site and they had a hotlink to the software company's site. I first checked for local distributors, no luck, none to be found locally. One would think with having the big stores like CompUSA and Best in town, one of them would have it. Since it couldn't be found locally, I ordered it direct. They were prompt in sending it and I had it in a couple of days.

3D-Album comes with two CD's. One is the program and the other a demo and tutorial. I have to hang my head in shame that I haven't looked at the tutorial, but the program was so easy to use I haven't needed it. (maybe in the future). I had an immediate use for the program so I installed it the night that I received it. The installation was easy. The first thing I found, was that all the pictures needed to be in the same folder (an easy enough task). Then it was a simple as selecting the folder. If you don't like the order the pictures are in you can rearrange them, as easy as clicking and pulling them into the order that you want them to be in. There are 23 different styles for displaying your pictures on the CD and another 30+ that you can down load with new ones being added all the time.

A couple of the album programs that I have looked at in the past limit the number of pictures that you can include, this one allows you to use hundreds or even thousands without affecting the PC performance. All of the presentations have a animated 3-D effect as they change from one picture to another. The speed is adjustable, the photo size, background colors, and textures. You can put captions on the pictures, add music or pre-recorded voice narrations using MP3, WMA, WAVE or MIDI. The program supports lO languages, including Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and yes it does support English.

The program also comes with over 20 different skins you can choose for your 3D slide show application. This adds extra depth to the presentation.

Anyone who does anything in displaying graphics should have this program on their computer. You will never regret it.
